🚂 Vanguard Academy is inviting students to attend the Railway Safety Camp at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley this summer!

📅 June 8th–11th
🕛 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Students will enjoy an exciting learning experience focused on railway safety and awareness. Transportation, meals, and snacks will be provided daily.

✅ Vanguard Academy will be covering all camp fees for participating students.

Pick-up Time: 5:00 pm- (UTCRS staff escorts students into classrooms)
Food & water bottles provided daily: Domino’s pizza; students get to choose pepperoni, beef, or cheese.
Snacks and waters provided for break (students are welcome to bring their own lunch)
We will provide 2 T- shirts to wear all week long.
Thursday is the only day that all students must wear long pants and closed shoes to be able to go into the Mechanical Lab.
If a student is selected as finalist, the student will be notified to attend the final competition on June 26, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Closing Ceremony – June 26 ,2026 from 6: pm – 7:15 pm - Everyone is welcome to attend!
